These messages are also contributing to a larger problem we are not addressing. Obesity. In the U.S., today, nearly 50% of all men over 40 are obesity. Being overweight and out of shape is the number one contributor to early death. And today more men are passing away at younger ages than ever before. Cancer diagnoses in men are escalating. Men are being put on prescription meds for blood pressure, high cholesterol, and heart disease at younger ages. And more families are losing fathers and husbands by the day. Obesity is the enemy, the one that sits on the top of the hill peering down at us from afar. We have allowed for far too long to let ourselves lose. To take the hill is no easy task. There are no quick fixes. There are no hacks or shortcuts to winning this battle to a better and more healthy life. The only way to win is to work. Every day, little by little. I’ve been a member for almost 2 years. Gotten the results I’ve wanted and more, listened to every podcast available, and live my best fit father life now. I owe everything to these guys. Keep up the phenomenal job and keep cranking these bad boys out! 👊🏼

I have listened to many podcasts about health/fitness and self improvement, but this is one that is top notch. It’s focused on everyday guys with busy lives and the small things we can do that will have positive impacts on our lives. The guest speakers are real guys that have had a long hard journey and are still on those journeys. Dr A and his team focus on us and how we can be better instead of the latest fad diet or newest machine to use. They are genuine and really want to help all the FFP/FMP members to succeed and live long healthy lives. I just wish I had found this podcast sooner as it has helped me immensely with my health and well being and also connections with some truly amazing individuals from the community. I cannot express enough gratitude for Dr A and his team for all they do. Thanks.

This was a super podcast Dr.A had with Brad Williams..Many practical hacks he has that mirror much of what the fit father program follows. I have keyed in on the time under tension workout philosophy ..works well for myself being 65, it seems to require a little less recovery time, while still being able to build muscle mass. There is always new tips and motivational messages in every podcast. Fit Father For Life since 2000!!
