Loving this podcast

I love this funny, engaging show and Natalie's relatable conversations. I have never been a server but I have worked with my share of rude customers over the years and can totally relate to the stories that she and her guests share.

So relatable

For anyone who has worked in the service industry this is a must. Every episode I am saying to myself: "that is SO True!" Often followed by "what is wrong people!" A forum for all the service stories everyone should hear whether you are in service or not- actually if you are not this should be required listening.
