Would deregulation open litigation ie epilepsy and driving?

I feel your outrage about the Hunter Biden pardon. I’m so mad that Democrats are making a big deal about it. I’m all for it and I’m glad President Biden did it. Thank you!

While I think you all do good work, is there any other interesting or noteworthy legal issues taking place in the entire US that is not trump related? This near constant focus on trump, trump, trump is and has gotten old and in many respects desensitizes people to the importance of his actions. Being served the same dish over and over again, lends to a sense of disinterest. So while I think it is important to shine a light on these legal aspects, I would start listening to your show again if you sought to cover other legal issues/topics as opposed to exclusively focusing on trump.

Now that news-wise things are winding down and there are less legal issues to report, while Popak will start with a news item, then it seems he thinks he needs to fill in the subsequent 15 or 20 minutes. I think now that things are (unfortunately) changing, Popak and Ben need to reassess the podcast’s model. It’s now just not working. I don’t want or need to hear social media or peanut gallery-type of comments. Often the hot takes go on and on to, frankly, an annoying degree — to the point sometimes I have to race to my phone to shut off the blather. I feel the hysteria-style comments (and as evidenced by over-the-top episode titles — one reason I put off even giving the podcast a try in the first place) are not only insulting to listeners but losing hosts’ credibility. Less barking, more information, please.
