Makes me want to run 100 miles

I stumbled upon Melody and Jacob’s podcast about six months ago. I am a huge fan of the “everymans” or woman point of view . I want to know what it’s like for people like myself who have active full lives and families to take on a 100 miles . Being a stat freak is the worst possible personality type for attempting ultra distance races and Mel and Jacob are perfect for me to disengage the mind and enjoy the process . I find their humbleness and pleasant tones to be most encouraging and relaxing . I have since listened to everyone of their podcast , met Melodies father( virtually ) of course and signed on as to recruit Melodie’s aid in checking off a few ultra accomplishments myself . Thank you for the allowing us to join your family on the “Trail to 100” journey. Mark Fradd, Wildomar , Ca
