Listening to the Daily Shine is such a great way to start my day. The podcast helps me start my day with intention and on a positive note. I have a hard time succinctly (and quickly) stating daily affirmations for myself and this always allows me to see a message I need so clearly. Sometimes the affirmations have nothing to do with the message on the podcast but setting aside this short time allows me to focus on me, my mental health, and my state of mind.
