Let's talk about positivity, fitness, nutrition, empowerment, and a lot about music!... "Take a Ride In the Positive Side with Steve O and Becca" is exactly that. Guest host is Becca Frame!

#20: Nutrition, Music, Woman's Intuition and Empowerment
Let's call this on the "Full Gamete"! Becca wanted to be cheered up as she was feeling a bit down. She wanted Steve to talk about empowerment... So Steve did... A little bit! But he also thought it would be good to talk some nutrition (nothing really deep - that's another episode). Becca played one of her old tunes acoustically as well. Check it out!

#19 - Sleep
Ahhhhhh…. The ever-elusive SLEEP! Do you have problems getting to sleep or staying asleep all night? What do you think causes it? Becca and Steve talk about this topic in this episode of TRIPS With Steve O and Becca and have some good recommendations to help improve it. They also commit to doing some things to improve their sleep. Will you join the challenge?

#18 - Finding Your WHY in Life
What’s your “why” in life? What do you think you were put on this Earth to do? Sometimes finding your “why” is really difficult, but if you keep looking, you’ll find it! Steve and Becca talk about their “why’s” in life, the struggles to find them, and some ideas to keep them at the front of their minds. Some good tools to help include:
1) Be religious about writing a gratitude list;
2) Meditation
3) Breathing exercises
4) Avoid things that bring you down (be honest with yourself!)
5) Surround yourself with the right people. You are the sum of the five closest people you surround yourself with.
6) Start out your days with Intentions. Journal to memorialize your thoughts.
7) Sleep Health
8) Go after what you’re passionate about
What’s one thing YOU do to help yourself with you “Why”? -
#17 - Music Magic
What is your view of music? To us, it’s an art. Those that write music are offering up their emotions, their insight, their thoughts and painting a vision for those that listen. In this episode, Becca and Steve talk about writing music, what inspires them to do that, and what keeps them motivated to continue do to it. Becca even sings as song for y’all, a new one that we’re putting together very soon for you!

#16 - Going Through The REAL Stuff!
We all go through tough times. There are a few things that you can do to help you through them. No one is free from having to deal with it, and that’s why it’s this episode’s topic. Sometimes is simply listening and lending a caring ear. Sometimes is simply acknowledging that change is going to happen and understanding that you can’t change the past. Becca and Steve talk about several other ideas that may help too!
As always, we’re really interested in what works for YOU! If you haven’t joined our Facebook group, please do so you can join in on the conversation!

#15 - Kids These Days! College, Fitness, and Nutirtion
Steve had the privilege of speaking with his oldest son Ben O'Connell in this episode. (Insert Beaming Dad Pride here)! Becca couldn't make this episode due to inclement weather. Ben is a Junior at Geneseo State University in New York with a top notch grade point average, was the Captain and now President of the Crew Club. Ben gave his perspective on keeping fit, eating healthy, how organization has helped him in school, and how he's staying mentally sharp and positive through these crazy times.
