Real, Honest and Vulnerable

When I listen to Trish Chat, I feel like I’m hanging out with good friends talking about the things good friends should talk about—topics that push us out of our comfort zone and inspire us to grow. Unfortunately, many of us have been conditioned to play it safe, even with the people we love. I appreciate the diversity in voices represented and never walk away having not learned or felt something new to ponder until the next episode. Highly recommend!

Insightful and inpsiring

I find the co-host to have such a beautiful dynamic and great way at approaching sometimes tough conversations. I find them inspiring to listen to and to apply more of this approach and empathy to my daily life and relationships. Thank you both!!
