Simply Charlotte Mason Homeschooling

Mrs. Shafer helped change the trajectory of my homeschool 5 years ago. And I still listen to her podcasts for encouragement. Her sweet voice calms my soul, uplifts my spirit, gives me strength to do what I need to do for my kids, helps form ideas for me to mull over, and in general just makes me happy!

I love how the episodes are short and to the point. Too many podcast episodes on other podcasts are 45mins-1 hour long and are mostly fluff. As a busy mom I don’t have time for that. I can rely on Sonya to just dive right in.

I have been listening to this podcast for a long time. I am not a homeschooling mom but this podcast is so amazing. I can learn a lot about how to be a good mom and how to support my kids learning outside of school. This also helps me set my expectations for my kids.

I love how this show breaks various CM topics into small, digestible chunks. It’s really helped me through my homeschooling journey and given me motivation and understanding when I’ve been lacking. Thanks!
