In this episode, we're flipping the script on anger. Instead of treating it like a villain, we're seeing it for what it truly is: a little messenger with something important to say. Join us as we explore how each Enneagram Type experiences and manages anger in their own unique way.

Picture anger as a brick. Sounds odd, right? But bear with us! We'll show you how this metaphor holds true. Whether you're building something positive or contemplating smashing a windshield (we don't recommend it!), it's all about how you choose to use that brick—just like with anger.

Now, let's uncover the 4-step process to managing anger like a pro:

    Name it: Acknowledge your anger.
Be Curious: Explore what's triggering it.
    Dig Deeper: Uncover underlying emotions.
Do Something Constructive: Take positive action.

But wait, there's more! Dive into healthy responses to anger, from deep breaths to mindfulness practices. And if you haven't already, discover your Enneagram Type for personalized insights into your anger style.

Opened my eyes to appreciate my husband!

I am a type 2. My husband is a type 8.

I have always been envious of how my husband can live life without "caring" what someone might think.

While listening to the episode on type 8s, I started to see this quality of my husbands as not something that only he uses for himself, but something that he uses to protect me.

I am an entrepreneur and business owner. At times, I do not feel qualified or good enough to be doing what I am doing. My husband is ALWAYS telling me "You have to believe that you are the best at what you do". I know that God specifically gave me my strong type 8 husband as an encourager and protector against my own inner critic.

So thankful I listened and saw the world a little differently through my husband's perspective. It made me love and appreciate him so much more!

Spot on!

I love the insight I get into all types. The episode on my dominant type (8) was great and definitely validated things I struggle with as well as highlighting merits of my type! It’s nice to get different interviews in each episode.

Informative & engaging!

I appreciate how this podcast is able to provide insight, authenticity, depth, and humor in each episode. Being able to learn about people that are different from me in these conversations has been such a gift!
