    Jennifer Schwytzer is truly UNBREAKABLE and not only for being amazingly kind (which is her motto in life) but because of the very personal story she shared. The emotions she felt after not being successful in becoming a mom via her IVF journey were heightened following the sudden cardiac arrest of her husband. All this trauma brought her to a point where she had to make an important shift in her life through tears, grief, and change. Now, Jennifer is here to tell you that you can make it through anything. Jen is a therapist and social worker who reinvented herself in order to help her sick husband. She created the KINDfulness Coaching method in the middle of the hardest period of her life. She is a go-getter with a huge heart. Growing with her husband and working on their relationship, Jen realized her journey is different from others, but to get there took her a lot of hard work and self-acceptance. Because of her experience as a therapist, Jen is able to recognize when someone truly has a problem and can refer them to people to the best help they can get.     Today Jennifer and Adrienne talk about the inspiration behind the UNBREAKABLE podcast and share information about the UNBREAKABLE women’s retreat that they are hosting in May. After participating in Spartan Races, Jennifer says she realized a correlation between up-leveling her physical game and up-leveling her business. She emphasizes that the change in her physical being opened up confidence and power, and over one year, she almost tripled her business's revenue. She has grown from a solopreneur to having a team of 23 people. They have created the retreat in Montana to be a safe place for working on business obstacles and a place to physically challenge yourself, allowing you to step into your power, see what you are made of, and blow your mind.
