Great podcast 1-2 minor suggestions

This is a great podcast chock full of useful information. I really appreciate Christina’s willingness to put this out into the world for the sake of our wellbeing! A couple of minor things that may or may not just be me, but IMHO would help a lot: I love the lists, but as someone who is slightly leaning towards the ADHD side of things combined with the complexity and the fact that there is an emotional charge to our comprehensive process here... it would be very much appreciated if you could bullet point the 1. 2. 3’s of the list *before* launching into the list itself. This gives us an overview, a foundation or a baseline from which to build. Second, I know that Narcs come in all shapes and sizes, and for the sake of teaching, some patterns need to be observed. however, sometimes narcs don’t always do this or that. My N parent for instance doesn’t fit into many of the traits described as that label but in 90% of the other ways is textbook. The black or white can cause a person to kind of gaslight themselves by questioning if it’s all in their head and I think when working through trauma that’s the last thing they should do. I’m not sure what the answer is... maybe less “n’s are always like this” or “always do that” and more “most of the time” “typically” etc.., suggesting some alternate tactics or even peppering the podcast with insight on how covert/overt, with BPD or another mental illness can produce all sorts of shades of this condition and create some gray areas. All in all wonderful podcast and thank you from the bottom of my heart UPDATE- holy cow I don’t know if this is just coincidence or you actually saw my review but noticed you have done the overview in some of the shows after this. I’m beside myself with thankfulness and appreciation. Thank you so much 🩷🩷🩷

Incredibly helpful podcast that has helped me to distance myself from the narcissists in my life. It’s hard to even articulate how much my life has changed because of this podcast!
