Was meant to find this podcast :)

I was actually searching for another podcast with a similar name and found this one. I figured I’d just listen to one episode for a few minutes and see if I liked it. Wow!! From the beginning, I was super impressed and jazzed! I know a lot about law of attraction, etc but I feel like I keep hearing things, agreeing they’re a good idea, and then not really taking it any further. This podcast builds on the next and previous episodes/“homework” is referenced, so it’s like a workbook! It’s like Shawn did all the heavy lifting and research so we didn’t have to.
The best part for me is the homework. She presents it in a positive way and it’s so simple you can’t help but give it a try (yet it’s super effective). I also love Shawn’s vibe! She is positive without being too over the top cheerleader. 🤣 Her episodes are full of such great info, but in smallish chunks (half hour). She doesn’t drone on and gets to the point. I love the real life examples too! If I could give 10 ⭐️ I would!
I am only on episode 9, but I know I will continue to be a listener. I am kind of stuck on this one and will need to re-listen, but I know it will all work out.

Love this podcast! I have been a huge fan of Shawn Mynar for over two years and all the work she does! I am a fat burning female and have been “stuck” not realizing it truly has been my mindset and my mindset has been a huge barrier throughout my life! Thank you Shawn for bringing it to the light!
