I decided to try out the podcast after relying on VGC for my gaming news for a few years now. Gaming analysts like Colin Moriarty cite them quite often so I decided to check them out. Their website and Twitter feed provides gaming news quickly and accurately. They have sources that they obviously vet, and don’t report on rumors from anyone who posts some photoshopped “screenshot”. They also report the news without any sort of political bias or slant, which I appreciate since most gaming outlets editors can’t help them selves these days by putting their own spin on the news. Because of all the above, I decided that if I liked the articles VGC posts, I most certainly should like the podcast produced by those people right? 100% right. If you enjoy VGC and the content they provide either on website or social media feeds, you’ll love this podcast as well. It’s great to know that new podcasts can still pop up and be great even in a sea of repetitive, vanilla content. 100% recommend.

If your a gamer and unsure about the newest big release, let these guys play it and review it for you! Then you can be confident about buying or skipping out to a sell!

Sadly, I lack a social circle with whom I can speculate on the meaning of Nintendo's curious 'Who is Emio' teaser. So the VGC podcast will have to suffice. I love joining them to navigate the week's news, their energy drink banter notwithstanding. Their insider view of the industry is peerless. Jordan's thick Scottish accent is merely icing on the video-game themed cake.

Best video game podcast by a mile. Ended up checking it out because I listen to other pods Pete Donaldson is on. Glad I did! The folks at VGC are smart game journalists and also hilarious. I lol regularly.
