💕💕💕

Jen is absolutely an expert in her field, but she's also in the trenches with you. I love listening to the podcast to continually be reminded of the ways I'm able to enrich my kids' lives when I choose to intentionally take care of my needs.

So helpful

Jen, I just listened to episode #259 about grief and loss.
It really helped me as I'm grieving different things at the moment. The most recent is that my brother is back in the psychiatric hospital. We had wonderful phone conversations, almost daily, until a week ago.
Thank you for always bringing valuable conversations. I so appreciate you.
On a brighter side, I now want to travel to Canada also :)

Much love
Isabelle
