Vicenzaoro - Secret of italian chain - Matteo Farsura

Le bijou comme un bisou

Welcome to the podcast : Le Bijou comme un bisou, the jewelry stories and news podcast.
Right now, long before this podcast came out, I was in Vicenzaoro, this international trade show that pays tribute to the Italian know-how.

This year Vicenzaoro is having his anniversary : 70 years ! On this occasion, Matteo Farsura the Global Exhibition Manager, is celebrating “The Heritage for Tomorrow”, the Anniversary of tradition with a modern twist.

So I've chosen some guests who will reveal a treasure of the Italian savoir faire: the mastery of the chain.

Often, when we think of chain, we think of the little Forçat Diamantée whose purpose is to suspend the pendant.

In Italy, the chain IS the jewel.

Alice Alessi, Piero Marangon and Stéfano Migliorini are among the finest representatives of Italian chain factories and the development of the creative and technical aspects of Italian jewelry. They have succeeded in cultivating and even innovating this know-how of excellence, while at the same time being able to industrialize the process.

So what are the secrets of the Italian’s chain?

Matteo Farsura tells us about Italian know-how but also about all the exhibitors who offer visitors the possibility of finding jewelry as supplies and all the actors in the supply chain necessary for their business.

He confirms to us that jewelry is a “joy business” through the passion and excellence that is represented.

Matteo Farsura is delighted to receive the Francéclat Committee in Vicenzaoro and invites all French visitors to come to Vicenzaoro.
