100 mile virgin

Really enjoy this cat, he is all heart in his passion for running. Very insightful and enthusiastic about ultra running. Look forward to more Pinhoti 100 details, as I only made to Adam’s Gap. With the help of sweepers.

Great style

Really liking the simple yet highly relevant questions that are asked of the guests, with a clear focus on them. They feel like professional interviews with integrity. So many podcast hosts tend to answer their own questions and talk as much as their guest; MRuns seems to avoid that pitfall and ends up with some great interviews and information. Truly, much respect.
