    Winter is here... hope everyone survived the wet  week!In this episode:•⁠  ⁠Dan reaches peak week but his Sunday long run doesn’t quite go to plan. •⁠  ⁠Matt chases elevation this week, spending less time on his beloved treadmill and hitting 3 sessions in a week for the first time•⁠  ⁠Sinéad spends more time cross training than running this week.Results:Launceston 10km & Half Marathon. A large WA contingent made their way across to Launceston this year, all of whom came away with a PB.     Sinead has a low volume training week, riding the third trimester wave.

    Sinead Chats with Danielle Graham about her impending move to the US. Dani announced last weekend that she will be moving to Florida to finish her final 2 years of schooling at IMG academy. IMG Academy is a specialist sporting school dedicated to supporting student-athlete development & is renowned for filling one quarter of college roster spots on an annual basis.

    Margie Hadley headlines a strong WA contingent at the ‘No Time to Die’ Front yard Ultra in Adelaide. The last 2 x men standing were still running at the time of recording today.
     
    OTHER NOTABLE NEWS: Rising WA Track talent Danielle Graham is off to IMG Academy in Florida to finish high school. IMG is a boarding high school in the US with specialised sporting programs.
