A large WA contingent made their way across to Launceston this year, all of whom came away with a PB. Dan has a huge weekend, with back to back long runs & a casual Sunday Marathon with 1700m elevation - 1 month out from Transcend Ultra. 
Sinead has a low volume training week, riding the third trimester wave.

Sinead Chats with Danielle Graham about her impending move to the US. Dani announced last weekend that she will be moving to Florida to finish her final 2 years of schooling at IMG academy. IMG Academy is a specialist sporting school dedicated to supporting student-athlete development & is renowned for filling one quarter of college roster spots on an annual basis.

OTHER NOTABLE NEWS: Rising WA Track talent Danielle Graham is off to IMG Academy in Florida to finish high school. IMG is a boarding high school in the US with specialised sporting programs.
