Classic Country Corner is a radio show that airs every Saturday Morning at 8 on 98.7 WVMO, a 100 watt community radio station in Monona, Wisconsin. The show is a mix of vinyl and digital music. Dollar bins, estate sales, and thrift stores are the bedrock of the show’s musical library. (Guess who always gets at least 11 records every time he visits?) Shout out to my folks who dropped off a stack of records, including the hilarious Don Rich and the Buckaroos and kinda creepy Bill Anderson. GIMME YOUR RECORDS!! This is what I walked into on Saturday Morning. A box of 60 polka records waiting for DJ Shotski . Feel free to drop off your parents/grandparents old country records at the station.
