I discovered the world of podcasts during the recent Covid pandemic and became an avid listener of health and wellness podcasts. I discovered life coaching as a strategy to manage your mind, harness your emotions and create the outcomes that are closely aligned with my goals and priorities. During this podcast exploration, I discovered many inspiring excellent life coaches, one of which was Wendy Crabbe. I began practicing managing my mind, using the tools described in her podcasts. I found that very quickly I could harness my mind and begin to manage my life more successfully, even while experiencing ongoing daily stress during the pandemic. After listening to Wendy Crabbe’s entire collection of podcasts, I decided I wanted a real life coaching experience. It was super easy to reach out to Wendy by email, schedule meeting times, arrange payment and get started. I have lost 8 pounds in 10 months and reached my ideal weight. My goal is to maintain the weight loss for life, so losing quickly was not a priority. I was interested in sustainability. Most importantly, I have gained a tremendous amount of understanding as to how my mind works and how it influences my overall health and well-being. Practicing these life management tools, along with expert guidance, makes a tremendous difference in outcomes. We scheduled 8 sessions and I now feel like I have a very good outline of my goals and priorities for the next year and a means to achieve them. Be good to yourself. Find a life coach. Set your priorities. Achieve them.

This podcast is great. I love how Wendy breaks down the science of weight loss and food cravings and connects it to emotional eating. Really really enjoy listening.

What a great podcast! Highly recommend if your looking to finally lose the weight for good. She walks her talk and is teaching weight loss in a way you have probably never heard before.
