Awesome
Liz is a great speaker and very down-to-earth. I always look forward to new episodes! I know what's coming is going to help me be gentle with myself and also stay motivated.
Perfect for anyone
This podcast came at the most perfect time in my life. Liz has the gift of knowing just what others need to hear to get up and do the dang thing they’ve been meaning to do. Her tips are very practical, and I love that she is so relatable. She makes it clear that she sometimes struggles doing the dang thing too and somehow I feel better knowing that it’s normal to sometimes drag your feet. We all do it sometimes. It’s ok to struggle a bit but we need to keep going and pushing and that is something Liz does such a wonderful job of guiding you into. I have shared multiple episodes of DTDT to friends who I know could benefit from that shows topic & I haven’t even finished all of the episodes yet. I am positive that this podcast came into my life for a reason, using some of the tips from her episodes has already helped me put my life into a more positive and forward direction (in the past month I’ve been listening to it) more than anything else I’ve done in the past 2 years. I am so thankful that Liz did the dang thing and made this show so the rest of us can benefit so greatly from it ❤️
GREAT Source of Education + Perspective
I really enjoy the host, the guest, and of course, the show itself. Engaging, inspiring, + educational are just a few of the words I'd use to describe this podcast. Liz does a great job at cutting through the clutter and get to what matters.
