Wide World of Wargaming

Greetings! This is the best age of sigmar podcast out there. Full stop. The hosts have an intimate knowledge of the rules, lore, community, “meta-game”, and tabletop tactics. They articulate varying opinions with brevity, candidness, and don’t pontificate for the sake of content. I LOVE the event spotlight segments and highlighting a few interesting lists that will/did enter that event. In a choking, rancid cloud of podcasts that feature book reviews, irrelevant content, and “shock joke” style hosts...these guys are a breathe of fresh air. Keep it up guys!

This podcast is filled with informative strategy for competitive play in a variety of popular game systems.

(Yes, I recognize that is also an absolute, so I guess both Obi-Wan and I are Sith.) Anyway, this is an OK podcast, but it could be a great podcast if conflicting ideas were welcome. The hosts are passionate, but it seems like sometimes they cannot differentiate between opinion and fact.

I really wanted to leave a five-star review. Two problems: 1) Lots of profanity, so I can’t listen with my X-Wing playing kids. 2) Lots of arguing and shouting over each other. This is just unpleasant to listen to. Their analysis is good & sound quality is good. I just can’t listen with my family, and the bickering and over-arguing is grating.
