Join Bec Fox and her Podcast guest the extraordinary Heather Ellis, an Australian motorbike legend, and passionate advocate for removing the stigma of HIV and Positive Women around the world. Author of motorcycle travel books ‘Ubuntu’ & ‘Timeless On The Silk Road’, Heather shares her motorbike journey through Africa, London as a motorcycle courier, and Central Asia from 1993 to 1997. She still has her trusty Yamaha in her shed, ready to embark on new adventures. 
Heather explores her adventures and passion to enlighten the world about what it means to be Positive, and challenges changing the uneducated stigma that surrounds HIV. Living life to its fullest, and often seen on TV discussing HIV on ABC’s ‘You Can't Ask That” and other shows, Heather is an advocate working with positive Women in Victoria and traveling overseas as an international guest speaker for Motorbike adventurers and abound. 

Heather opens her heart and we explore her courage, fearlessness, vulnerability, and inner turbo! She is a woman of huge horsepower! Enjoy this adventure and ride with the epic legend Heather Ellis. She may be short in stature, but that’s where it ends!

WILD n Fearless - Women Inspiring Legendary Dreams. Join Bec Fox and her Podcast guest Hube Wichers, a naturally results-driven individual who is shown both in her life choices and achievements in mountain running and adventure racing. Motivated by being in nature and personal success including the “crowd favorite Dutch girl, continue her winning streak of 4 consecutive Queen of the Mountain titles (2005 — 2008), with a fifth win in 2011" of the King of the Mountain Pomona Event. Interviewed after arriving in a sweat, changing from cycling pants and top, placing her bike out of the scope of the camera, and changing into more relaxed gear, Hube shares her passion and love of adventure racing and running, and how it weaved into her life and created quite extraordinary achievements, friendships and adventures. It is quite an amazing journey. Her passion for others to get out there and do active stuff is her mantra.  And all the while, in a modest, ho-hum manner and sharp wit. 
Ever heard of adventure racing? Well, firstly it takes an Iron Woman to complete an event, not alone win it! You have to be a super athlete with determination, resilience, vision, commitment, and inner strength to perform like this superstar. A typical day’s adventure race looks like, as Hube shares after one of her events, “an absolutely awesome 100 straight hours of bliss, Trekking, Running, Mountain Biking and Kayaking, going from strength to strength..... Well, with a very sore bottom from 240km on the MTBike with so much vertical gain/loss? Lots! At least 4,500m in the 170km stint”.
Hube has 6 times won the legendary ‘King of the Mountain’ event – Titling herself as the ‘Queen of the Mountain’. Held at Pomona Qld, the run up Mt Cooroora has become one of the toughest short-course mountain races in Australia.
Hube shares with us the awesome experiences and opportunities that running has brought to her. This podcast will leave you wanting to get your running shoes on, explore your natural parks and get out there! You are never too old, as Hube reflects, as her passion started well into her maturer years.

Representing Australia in the Beijing Winter Olympics, financially doing it all on her own with sheer determination, sheer will and talent. Nordic skiing encompasses the various types of skiing in which the toe of the ski boot is fixed to the binding in a manner that allows the heel to rise off the ski, unlike alpine skiing, where the boot is attached to the ski from toe to heel. Recreational disciplines include cross-country
skiing and Telemark skiing. 

Anyone who knows what is like to travel or compete on Nordi Skis understands how one needs pure marathon strength and a powerful mindset to become a champion in this sport. Racing in blizzard or whiteout conditions for 10-20 kilometres, and being able to complete sprint challenges. You need to have exceptional fitness, adaptability, the ability to handle freezing conditions, and inner strength and courage. 

Casey, upon returning from the Japan Winter Olympics shares with us her epic journey and success. She also shares her love of the outdoors, natural landscapes, her future goals, and the importance of cross-training, maintaining a healthy mind, having supportive relationships, team collaboration, mentors and self-determination. What an absolute champion in more ways than one.
