In the last 10 years of coaching the two biggest hurdles I have seen to getting consistent to fitness are at the very start of the journey. Either it can feel like so much all at once, folks never get started in the first place. Or once they get started, their expectations are so high, that they abandon ship due to overwhelm, injury, or comparison.
But today's 2 hacks are for folks in any stage of their fitness journey - new to fitness or newly back to fitness and even those of us who have been in fitness a while but are feeling underwhelmed or maybe even frustrated by a plateau - need to be successful with sticking with our fitness journey - especially when the goin gets tough or feels…well slow af.
