Alright, alright, you got me! Lingjie and Ben have been ‘gently’ reminding us (read: hilariously nagging) to drop those 5-star reviews, and guess what? It totally worked on me. *wink* I stumbled upon this gem while trying to navigate the whole Asian-but-not-raised-here scene, and man, did it hit home or what? Lingjie and Ben are like the cool big sibs I never had, dishing out laughs and wisdom in equal measure. They’ve got this vibe that’s all about embracing the mishmash of Asian American awesomeness, and I’m here for it. Their banter? Heartwarming. Their stories? Spot-on. And their bond? It’s like watching a buddy movie without the cheesy lines. And because I just can’t get enough, I did the thing—I hit that subscribe button. That’s my best ‘worst’ decision ever.
