Question of the Day:  What celebrity do you channel?

*Mitch Dugan Minute: Mitch Dugan is a genuine Pittsburgh attorney with passionate allegiance to Pittsburgh organizations like Animal Friends. D-U-G-A-N loves the B-U-R-G-H.

Chrissy Costa and Mara Rago - Born and raised in East Liberty, Chrissy Costa is a Second City-trained stand-up comedian and writer who does all kinds of other things to pay her bills. Chrissy regularly performs at Arcade Comedy Theater and other downtown venues, and you can catch her live on stage on April 6th at Comedy and Rock at the Carnegie. You can also catch Chrissy in all her hilarity hosting a tour aboard The Burgh Bus.

Since 1994, photography has been Mara Rago’s life. Specializing in fine art nudes, Mara has had 27 art exhibitions and has been chosen 5 times for the Three Rivers Arts Festival Juried Exhibits. Mara just completed her first film documentary titled, Carla. about a middle age trans woman who lived a very eccentric life as Carl Beck Jr., a musician/lead singer of a rock band before her transition.

Jeet Jet? Marcus is with Anna and Derrick, owners of R&A Catering in Monaca to see if he can find the secret of the special spices they use for their award-winning mac and cheese.

Semper Gratus is a non-profit organization that supports pediatric patients affected with cancer, disease, or disabilities in addition to kind initiatives. Now in its 8th year, the org’s Shamrock Shuffle 5K and 1-Mile Fun Walk will take place on Saturday, March 23. The event has raised close to $300,000 and helps several nonprofits including the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, the Muscular Dystrophy Association, Cerebral Palsy, Alzheimer’s Association, STXBP1, and Familylinks. “Semper Gratus” is Latin for “Always Grateful.”

*Where Ya At? Tressa is feeling vintage vibes this week where artisanal coffee and classic vinyl meet: Needle and Bean!

Ol Whitetail - The jags catch up with Ol Whitetail and find out that she has a new job as a yoga instructor and frequents Jazz digs to check out her fave genre of sound. Played on a nylon string guitar, her authentic tunes are flavored with Piedmont blues, Canadian folksong, American old-time, polka, folk punk, and sometimes a pinch of jazz. Get tickets for her upcoming gig at SongSpace at First Unitarian here.
