Strippers are real people that are capable of amazing things, in and outside of the strip club. On “Yes, a Stripper Podcast” each week with a different guest, our hosts, Onyx Sachi, Daisy Ducati, GiGi Holliday, and AM Davies, discuss what strippers are up to, what the climate in and outside of the clubs is like and how social classifications can be harmful to marginalized groups. Strippers, sex workers, pole dancers and civilians can learn from stripper and sex worker community members and their allies.

Vote to Unionize!!
This week we have a very special episode. As you all know, Daisy was part of the iconic club, The Lusty Lady. They were pioneers in striking and winning rights for themselves. Now a newer generation has learned from what the LL dancers accomplished and they've won this first and very important step in workers rights for strippers!

Iceland Wants Decrim, Not the Swedish Model
Logn and Mia from the Red Umbrella Iceland, sat down with AMD and spilled all the beans. What's going on in Iceland? You're about to find out. The landscape is unique but similar to so much of what we deal with here in the states. In a country that has a population of roughly 360,000, it's a lot harder to hide your work, making it very difficult to be a SW and aa SW activist. However, Logn and Mia are enthusiastic and super positive and believe that change is on the horizon.

Excited they’re back!
I like this podcast because each host and guest has their own unique experience but they’re all coming together to share their stories and build community. It’s really beautiful. They are also insanely funny and smart! Also the store has some great merch! I can’t wait to see what they do next 🫶
A must-listen for all feminists!
This podcast has taught me so much! Things I thought I knew or understood have been absolutely blown wide open for me with this podcast and shown me that including and supporting sex workers is NECESSARY as they are the ones really challenging the patriarchy and other power structures. So thankful to hear these stories and be better educated by these amazing humans.
Gratitude to the YAS crew!
