There is an underlying belief that somehow, we aren’t enough, that we are unworthy frauds and losers. In Yoga for Life, Colleen Saidman Yee will uncover these self imposed limitations that are keeping us from contentment and freedom. We will talk about caring too much about what others think, fear of not adding up, seeking comfort, divorce, aging, relationships, grief, power, and of course, sex—one of Colleen’s favorite topics.
In this podcast, you can expect open, real, and raw dialogue about what keeps our hearts heavy, spirit hidden, and potential limited. Colleen will give you yoga tools to peel back the layers, to find compassion and love for the person that is living in your body, and to live the present moment fully with all of its glory and pain.
You can find Yoga for Life’s conversations and reflections anywhere you listen to podcasts, but be sure to download the Himalaya App in your app store for special yoga sequences that go along with each podcast episode.

Wonderful podcasts
I just started listening to Colleen’s podcasts and I immediately found a connection to what she was saying. Her interviews are informative and entertaining. Thank you for providing this resource.
Blessed by Colleen’s love
It has been a wonderful journey having Colleen as my mentor. I’ve been so blessed to study with Colleen as I’ve taken all her trainings starting with Urban Zen Integrative Therapy training 1 at Yogaworks, Yoga Teacher Training at YogaShanti Sag Harbor, two advanced trainings and the accelerated Urban Zen Integrative Therapy training. I have been able to move forward in my life from horrible abuse to living and caring for myself and others. Colleen’s teachings and love have given me confidence and inspired me to take that step forward. I am inspired by how much she has to give us all. She is a blessing in this world! Thank you Colleen for everything and for these wonderful podcasts. It helps to stay in touch in these trying times. Sending love and peace to you and Rodney!
