Jourdain Searles is a writer, critic, film programmer and comedian. After leaving her hometown of Augusta, GA in 2014, Jourdain pursued an MFA in Dramatic Writing at NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts. Upon completing her degree in 2016, she put down roots in New York City and currently resides in Brooklyn. Her work focuses on film, comedy, feminism and critical analysis.
