    The Two-Year Mark

    The Two-Year Mark

We're in the sweet spot between the two year anniversaries of our mommy deaths (Maddie in May, Quinn in June). So we thought... time to break out the microphone and record smtn.
I had to pay 100$ to renew our hosting subscription to post this episode, so I have a strong feeling we're going to keep recording for the next 365 days. Smell ya next week!

    The Stuff (junk?)They Leave Behind

We used two microphones to record this episode!! did someone say.... sponsors?!?!
There's nothing like taking time out of your busy life to slog through the emotional trenches of sorting your mom's Ann Taylor Loft v-neck collection.
This episode is (kinda) about sorting through your dead person's belongings.

    What’s Next For Us?

    What’s Next For Us?

Ok, hurry!!! Go leave us a review on Apple Podcasts stating if you prefer the 2005 Keira Knightley Pride & Prejudice adaptation, or the BBC six-part Pride and Prejudice adaptation. This is obviously both extremely important and extremely relevant.

We're back and it's a good one! We start with A+ excuses, then roll into dunking on our brothers and complaining that once your mom dies... even when life is good.... it also still sucks?

Dog Grief & What the Internet Thinks About Grief

Dog Grief & What the Internet Thinks About Grief

Two totally cohesive topics in this one: doggy grief and reading reviews of movies where someone (usually the mom) dies... just like peanut butter and jelly, baby. Oh...  and we finally share the woodshop update yall have been waiting for.

This episode is inspired by the hilarious podcast Beach Too Sandy, Water Too Wet. It's our #1 recommendation for the week:https://open.spotify.com/show/0UfNJ2DoIfIveU2hghm1Io

A new staple

As a precursor, I lost my grandpa in October of last year - the first major loss I’ve ever experienced. Despite having family around me experiencing the same loss, I still felt very alone. Because this was the first major loss for me, I frequently found myself at a loss for words for comforting those around me too. This podcast is unlike any other. They touch on various things that people deal with when coping with grief. Being able to listen to this podcast has offered a new level of comfort I have not yet found anywhere else. Their (the hosts) ability to be raw and vulnerable with their own grief along with their willingness to discuss topics most people avoid has helped me process my own experience.
While this is obviously a podcast about dealing with grief, they mix in humor and manage to lighten such a heavy subject. They also have excellent chemistry.
I HIGHLY recommend this podcast and will continue to listen weekly as they release new episodes. Thank you both for taking such difficult experiences and sharing them to help others in similar boats.
