Best podcast out there for anxiety

Just listen to it! A compassionate and full of science-based knowledge podcast that helped me so much in the last couple of years. Great for when you’re right in the rabbit role of anxiety, but also to build up your skills on how to navigate life with its natural ups and downs. I am a physician myself and find both the content and delivery of extremely high quality. Keep up the great work, Kimberley! Thanks for all you do. Lots of love!
Good, but an important caveat…

I really appreciate the format of this podcast & how information is presented: concise, straight to the point, and practical. Kimberly is very compassionate & I love her way of presenting information. Very easy to understand. However, CBT is consistently stated to be the “gold standard” for anxiety/OCD related disorders with no room for nuance/other treatment modalities that are effective. I feel this is misleading for clients and listeners. CBT sometimes falls short in long-term relief from symptoms, for instance. I just wish CBT wouldn’t be posited as the end-all-be-all, the way it is in this podcast. The idea that it’s the “gold standard” is outdated. Additionally, the podcast doesn’t often address the root cause of disorders like anxiety - this is where, again, other modalities may have more to offer, since CBT is very focused on symptom-management.

Kimberley’s approach is kind, direct, and incredibly helpful. I’ve learned so much just by listening and my anxiety/OCD feels easier to manage with each episode.
Very practical help

I find this podcast to offer very practical help. And try to listen to it regularly. I did find episode 416 to be concerning because of the bad language of the guest and I stop listening to it.
