My Story: a Dietitian's Private Practice Led to the Ideal Lifestyle
As a dietitian, you have many different career options. I've tried quite a few. But the path that was the most flexible for me was private practice. It provided the ideal flexibility, promised the most creativity, put me in control of my impact and my income and allowed me to work part time. I even wrote a book about it: Nutritionist in Private Practice! Let me tell you how my career decisions led to the creation of my ideal lifestyle, moving to Colorado and building our dream home!

Love the podcast
Hit the nail on the head!
As a gastric sleeve patient who has recently gained 20 lbs Amy really designated with me. Remembering why I did this and how I pictured myself after...I have lost that vision. Also, thinking about what will give me more satisfaction than that piece of chocolate, what brings me joy? Things I really need to look into. It isn’t ALL about calories and exercise. Love this podcast and Amy’s view on how to get back to it!
