A glimpse of what really makes exceptional leaders exceptional

I am a ferocious podcast listener and this is one of my favorites. Sue and Leah go several levels deeper than the typical podcast. They see patterns that others don’t see. They ask questions that others don’t ask. They bring out the best in the people they coach. Because the advice they give to others is applicable in my life, listening also brings out the best in me.

Reflections and ideas to use now
Jan 8
I walk away from every episode of this podcast with concrete reflections and ideas I can use with myself and my teams. For example, in a recent episode on job hunting (and biz dev), Sue and Leah encouraged the person they were coaching to let go of her self-imposed ideas about selling herself, and instead to lean into the natural creativity, curiosity and collaboration she brings to her work. Great host(s), great topics, and wonderful, friendly energy.
