Jesse Israel is a social entrepreneur, meditation leader, former record label executive, and founder of The Big Quiet, a mass meditation movement. He’s found a way to utilize his experience with concerts and festivals, and turn down the volume with his large-scale community meditation events. The Big Quiet is all about giving people permission to look inward, talk about real stuff, and do it in a context that feels accessible. In other words, it’s far from your local Buddhist center. 

Jesse shares how he discovered meditation after going through a period of significant burnout at the age of 23.
