    Feminine and Masculine self concepts

    I wanted to tackle the idea of how we have perceived men and women when we were younger might have influenced what we liked and how we behaved today.  We chose who to look up to, not because of our own assigned gender, but because of what felt safe.     Dealing with a toxic work environment

    To all the people who I have waited for this episode, my hietus is over! I needed time to focus my energey and attention on my last internship. In this episode, I talk about how I handled working in an unhealthy atmosphere and how it helped me learned a lot about myself. My advice? In this episode, I talk about how not having money as your first goal when making choice can actually lead you to get even more money you had hoped for.     This episode is firstly an update on the two last manifestation episodes I have made. I wanted to give you guys the outcome of this life experiment so that it can inspire you conduct this kind of life tests in your own lives. I also talk about how I still felt anxious after everything was resolved, where it came from and how to deal with this anxiety.     Dealing with criticism

    Hello everyone! I was recently recently criticized by my driving instructor in a very aggressive way. I saw myself being pulled into dark thoughts patterns of either making myself a victim or putting all the fault onto him by being resentful towards him. I quickly stopped as I did not want to go down that route.     Circle of Life

    I thought about the circle of life when I was resting and trying to be in the present moment after a meditation. It made me examine the life we all live more deeply and how this aspect of a circle surrounds us all the time. It is this very shape that life takes on that allows us to become who we desire to be.     Feel good right now

    Hey beautiful souls! I wanted to give some general advice on the importance of our present moment and on feeling the way we want to feel right now disregarding our external environment. What we are truly seeking in life is a feeling. Any decision, choice, or goal we desire in life only exists because we think it will affect us in a positive way and make us feel better about ourselves. And the key to true happiness is to surrender and feel the feeling you are expecting right now.
