I discuss thought showers as a daily self-care strategy to connect with yourself, find inspiration, sit with and release emotions. I talk about how to deeply connect with yourself using the sea, the river and the rain plus much more. I discuss cold water swimming and cold plunging, but please note these are only my personal experiences and I am not a medical professional. Please seek support and guidance from a medical professional if you are living with chronic illness, have underlying medical conditions or living in fight/flight/survival mode. I also reflect back on some of those core water memories we might’ve had as a child and how they can positively impact our self-care practice when we re-connect with them. ♡
