    Howard is an award-winning entrepreneur who helped scale a technology company that increased voter turnout in democracies around the world.     Writing a Book at 25-Years-Old and the Flaws of Perfectionism with Chloe Cullen | Ep. 28

    Chloe Cullen is a writer, scripted television comedy assistant at CAA, and a recovering perfectionist. At 25-years-old, Chloe is set to release her first book, PERF, later this fall. The novel explores the ignored side of perfectionism. Chloe’s work has also been published in TINGE Magazine, Please See Me, and other publications. She has worked at entertainment agencies, management firms, and production companies in talent representation and development. Chloe graduated magna cum laude from Penn State University, obtaining three degrees over five years: a Masters of Arts in creative writing, Bachelors of Arts in English, and a Bachelors of Arts in broadcast journalism. She loves storytelling in all realms of media, from television to books. She currently lives in New York. Chloe and Zach know each other from their time together at Penn State’s late-night comedy show After Hours.     Building a 7-Figure Business in College with Entrepreneur Connor Gross | Ep. 24

    Connor Gross (@c_gro) is a 24-year-old entrepreneur who sold his 7-figure business Cardly, while he was still attending college at Northeastern University. After graduation, Connor joined the e-commerce marketing company Privy. He left after less than a year to focus on buying and building businesses. He currently owns a car illustration company, a photo editing business, and a tiny house blog. He also hosts his own podcast The Next Generation Podcast, where he interviews the 20somethings building the future. In this episode, we talk to Connor about why he chose his current businesses, how he uses social media to build his network, and how he built Cardly with his co-founder out of their college dorm rooms. We also cover what he’s learned from interviewing over 20 entrepreneurs, why he decided to leave Privy, and his best and worst experiences from traveling to over 30 countries.
