Toyin Omodara, Kreena Patel and Hong Chen of the BAME Planners Network discuss their careers and their hopes for the future of planning in conversation with RTPI London's Tom Venables.

Toyin Omodara is a Principal Planning Officer at the GLA. Kreena Patel is a Senior Planning Officer with Richmond and Wandsworth Councils. Hong Chen is an Associate Planner at LUC.
