This is such a useful podcast for normal people like me. The most recent Trained inna time of COVID-19 with Andi Puddicombe from Headspace has assisted my 7-year old with her coping mechanism. I have tried and will continue to do so, but when I heard Andi’s voice, I just knew she would listen and be more open to him guiding a mindful exercise. Thank you.
