    247. Stop Trying to Find a Solution and Dare to Ask!

    When something shows up in your world, do you try to find a solution? What stops you from simply asking for what you desire? Guilt? Is it too easy to just receive?  This episode of Choice, Change and Action, is an excerpt from a call that Simone Milasas and Dr David Kubes recently facilitated, Stop Trying To Find A Solution And Dare To Ask, where all the proceeds go towards building a new bridge at El Lugar. In this part of the call, Simone and David talk about what people choose instead of relaxation and receiving. Most people have a list of things they should be doing and judge themselves when they are not. This is an example of the cognitive dissonance that stops us from receiving what we are asking for.     Happy 2025: Enjoy Your Choices

    Happy 2025!  Now is a time when a lot of people reflect on what they would like their life to be like, and the choices they have made so far. But the key with this that most people miss is to do it without judgment.  In this episode of Choice, Change and Action Simone Milasas reminds us to enjoy all of our choices.
