How to Deal With Holiday Food Guilt

So many people around this time are celebrating the holidays and they are preparing and/or eating so many different types of food. As mentioned in the episode, food can be very emotional, causing various feelings to arise. Guilt is one of them, so I wanted to touch on ways to address holiday food guilt. The goal is to enjoy food in healthier ways without unhealthy emotions attached to it.

As far as Asian food, I meant more like Chinese food, Thai food, Japanese food and etc. I sometimes do not always know the best ways to describe certain cuisines, but just wanted to clarify that. Same with other terms and phrases I used to describe certain cultures and cuisines.
