Tonight’s guest, Joe Bass, describes himself as a backwoods Appalachian with a lifetime of bushcraft experience. Growing up in the mountains of Appalachia, he spent countless hours exploring the rugged wilderness, and over the years, he had more than his share of memorable experiences there. None of them, however, compared to what happened on June 13, 2020, when he came face-to-face with a jet-black Dogman. That encounter changed the course of Joe’s life and ultimately led him to found Uncanny Cryptid Cartographer. Since then, he has dedicated himself to documenting eyewitness encounters, preserving forgotten history, and uncovering lost history connected to cryptids and other unexplained phenomena.
