    063: That’s a Wrap on Season 2, Boo Crew!

    Well, it's time for a hiatus on recording so we decided to round it out with talking about some of our toxic traits! Enjoy. We sure did! But don't trip, chocolate chip!     061: Things That Peeve Us, Part 1

    But whyyyy are they called “pet peeves” though?! Where does the “pet” part come in?! Pets are great. (There's a sneak peek into what the entire episode is gonna sound like, FYI!) Do you ever have those times in life where those little annoyances add up? Same! Sometimes it's good to just release it and that's exactly what we did this week!     Are you taking a break OR are you making excuses?! We have a convo to decipher the difference between the two. There's a fine line between procrastination and avoidance and simply doing what you can to avoid burnout. We discuss how we've been able to call ourselves out, take own(h)ership for our actions (or inaction), and get real about how to decide whether those things you're putting off or taking a break from are actually serving you. And obvi, we're a bit silly in this one too. Whenever we switch up when we record our episodes, we tend to get a bit loopy, so enjoy, Boo Crew!     058: Communication Is Key

    We hear it all the time, communication is the most important thing in relationships. However, we all communicate differently! This week, we communicate about our communication. We discuss our differing styles of communication, how we communicate with each other in our own relationship, as well as how we've learned a lot in order to better communicate in other relationships in our lives! Enneagram numbers are at play when it comes to this too - for good and for grace. We say grace because we can use those “default settings” (that's what we're choosing to call ‘em) as things to be aware. This allows us to act and react more effectively instead of having them serve as barriers that hold us back from cultivating healthier relationships. Our breathing helps regulate our nervous system, make us feel safe and grounded, and even impacts our energy levels - just a few of the things we learned during our chat with Kelsey Fish. 
A Breathwork Coach and host of the Soul Share podcast, Kelsey's work is focused getting in tune with your breath, and as a result of that, your body. Our minds, hearts, and nervous systems are so grateful for Kelsey sharing her knowledge and time with us to help us learn what breathwork really is and the power it holds in the healing process.
