Tuff Talk

Tuff Talk is an interview-based show hosted by Liz Cassel, an assistant professor of Basin Analysis and Tectonics at the University of Idaho. Liz talks to successful women in the Geosciences from across the field to gain insights and advice on dealing with the various challenges, adversities, and requirements specific to women in STEM fields, and on how to reach your science, career, and life goals! We also take listener questions, and will call a listener every episode to discuss a pressing issue in her or his life. Finally, we’ll learn what our superstar scientist thinks about an important science topic of the day and hear what she’s working on now.
