I love listening to Ryan Holiday podcasts for many reasons - - it serves as a reminder for the values I aspire to live by - it cements the stoic philosophy in my mind - the Pod interviews the smartest people in their respective industries - the conversations uncover hidden gems in one’s mental toolkit It is impossible not to finish the pod without getting 1% better than just an hour back.. Keep up the great work guys and looking forward to the ride ahead…

I am very selective with the podcasts that I listen to and this is definitely recommend. It gives you little bits of wisdom to reflect on your day. Some of them will challenge you in one way or another but this is part of the show.
