Ep 99 I’m Putting Myself Last Again! :(

Heyo! Thanks for listening! In this episode I speak about putting myself last yet again! :( I did this for fourteen years when I was a caretaker but I’ll be damned if I do this again. I’ve had a lot of changes recently and I’ve been feeling discombobulated (for lack of a better word) and with this I’ve slowly but surely been going back to how I was the most of my life which is self-less and putting myself last all.the.time. The difference this time is that I have self-awareness and I’m catching myself faster for having these feelings of “I need to recharge” and “I need some me time”.
