What is your biggest insecurity these days?What is something that is at the core of your motivation right now? Or what is something that got you really inspired lately? A conversation you had. Something you learned. A vision of your future. Anything like that.What's a value you want to embody so much that the people you come into contact with everyday, or the people you coach, can't help but adopt? Why?
Choose one behavior that you have changed for the in the past 2 months.Identify what that behavior looked like before you made the change.Identify what you were gaining from this original behavior before you made the change. (how were you benefitting from it in your life)Identify if there were any people or relationships perpetuating that behavior.
After the change
Identify what shifted you to make the change.Identify the reward and what you have gained from making that change when you did.How would your life be different if you had not made that change at all?
Who is somebody that believed in you somewhere along the way? Preferably outside of immediate family. Maybe someone who saw something in you that others didn't or opened doors for you unexpectedly.
