My go to podcast for property info! These guys offer a wealth of knowledge and cover so many topics, shining light on things that I normally wouldn’t have considered. Really helpful content and easy to digest as well.

Being a first home owner my husband and I didn’t know where to start so I studied all your episodes and learnt so much. Thank you for your generosity! We just bought our first home on the central coast and are so happy. There’s no way we would've been successful with the property unless I’d listened to so many episodes, especially Amy’s episodes about dealing with agents. There was a lot of competition for our property but the only reason we got a look in was because of the relationship I’d formed with the agent. THANK YOU! We’re not investors and we’re low income earners, didn’t think it would happen for us but it did. I would add, overall there is sometimes a slant towards investors (those who are buying up properties that really need to go to first home buyers!) when discussing the market in general or in some of the 2 sense episodes. However if you’re a first home buyer go back and listen to Amy’s episodes about building inspections, making an offer, agents etc. very informative!
