259. Content Consumption Hiatus
Welcome to another Q&R (question and reflection) mini-episode, this week I'm talking about content consumption hiatus.
In this chat, I invite you to think about whether your business is where you want it to be. And if it's not, then stop doing the same things and expect a different result. You've got to shift and change that. Stop consuming. Start creating, and start really challenging yourself to bring your best work to life.

258. Creating an intentional marketing plan with Lauren Tilden
In this week's episode, I chat with Lauren Tilden about creating an intentional marketing plan.
Lauren is a maker, retail shop owner, podcast host, and marketing coach on a mission to help small business owners do better marketing... more consistently. She believes that one of the best ways to make a positive impact on the world is through great marketing.
An ex-corporate marketer, Lauren fell in love with small business through her first small business, the plant-inspired stationery business Good Sheila. A couple of years after starting Good Sheila, she took the reins of the retail shop her mom owned, Station 7. And as of 2020, she hosts Making Good, a podcast for small businesses who want to make a big impact.

256. The 4 Content Creator Archetypes with Mel Daniels
In this week's episode, I chat with Mel Daniels about the four content creator archetypes and how you can start using them within your biz.
Mel Daniels is a Content Strategist, Coach and Speaker who loves to understand ‘why’. Even past her toddler years, she always asked why. She wanted to understand why things worked like they did, why people acted a certain way and why she was the only one who loved peanut butter and sultana sandwiches.
Her curiosity has lead her on an interesting life journey from academic achiever to corporate leader, mum extraordinaire and now business owner.
Mel’s purpose is to teach and empower women who want more from their business, on how to use content in a powerful way. She gives them the confidence they need to become more visible, seen as the expert that they are and inspired to take their business to the next level.

255. Keeping your brand human
Welcome to another Q&R (question and reflection) mini-episode, this week I'm talking about keeping your brand human and when automations fail.
I really want you to think about how you're showing up in your brand, how you're responding, and how you're given the love. Make sure that you have systems and processes in your business, that feel human to you, and that you're happy with that really reflect the brand experience that you want to give your audience as well.

254. Getting out of Content Creation Coma & Wishful Comparison
This week on the podcast I'm talking about getting out of content creation coma and wishful comparison.
Today, I wanted to share something that I am challenging myself to do and that I think is important for you to challenge yourself to do as well. It's getting out of a content coma.
Now I have been speaking with so many people recently, clients, and my community colleagues as well, and the thing that I am constantly hearing is, I am consuming other people's content all the time. I'm feeling stuck in my own content. I've been thinking about this and I have created a number of phrases that I think really helped to explain what is going on. So that's what we're going to be talking about today is how you can get out of your content coma, and out of a wishful comparison.

Customer Reviews
It’s taken me 3 years to write this
I started listening to Suz’s podcast back in 2019 when I was first toying with the idea of going into business ownership. There was one episode she did on showing up. Essentially, the only person stopping you from getting to your goals is you, so just show up. Suz’s infectious, welcoming and inspiring tone was the nudge I needed to get excited and confident in my self to just show up on social. I thought “If Suz can do It, I can figure it out.” So I made it a goal to show up in my own way so that one day I just might be a guest on her podcast, and could tell her the impact she’s had on my business. I started showing up on a new video app in my trackie pants, no make up, occasionally with a wine, talking about social media, marketing and small business. That app was TikTok, and the opportunities that came with it have been incredible. Because I showed up on TikTok I met another small business mum, Kryshla (who guests on a couple of episodes on Suz’s podcast). We’re now launching our own podcast, and today we just recorded our first guest interview with Suz. Suz, it’s taken me three years to write this review because I couldn’t quite put into words the effect one episode has had on my mindset and business. And today I finally ticked one of my biggest goals, all because I showed up. Thank you. Clem, a Mad Marketing Mum
Ahas flying everywhere
Suz is, without a doubt, one of the most energised and infectious podcasters I know. She not only brings practical tactics to the table, but drops the nuggets of gold that challenge your thoughts and beliefs about business. There’s not an episode where I don’t pick up something that I can implement into my business immediately!
So authentic and real, love Suz!!
Suz Chadwick is one of my fav people! I loved chatting with her all about Impostor Syndrome and love her podcast! If you want to hear more realness about running a successful business, get this podcast in your ears!
