Throughout my training and practice as a physician I have come to one very disappointing conclusion: Western medicine isn’t helping people lead better lives. Now that I’ve realized this, I’ve become obsessed with understanding what makes us healthy or ill. I want to live the best life I can and I want to be able to share this knowledge with others so that they can do the same. This podcast is the result of my relentless search to understand the roots of chronic disease. If you want to know how to live the most radical life possible I hope you’ll join me on this journey.

So rich and fascinating, love it

So enjoy all your episodes and this one no exception. Regarding the K2: what I heard, from Nora Gedgaudas, is that the reason emus and bears have a lot of it in their fat and other animals don't have much is due to bears hibernating and male emus having to sit on the eggs for 6 months without eating. Not sure if the females have less K2. Nora implied other hiberanting or fasting animals would also have high K2 in their fat. Thought you might be interested, though I can't substantiate it. The conversation with Chris Masterjohn was especially interesting, thank you so much for your work!

Knowledge is Power!

As a personal trainer & just recently trained nutrition diploma (horrified! At the recommendations & nutritional guidelines!). This podcast has huge educational benefits for me. I now eat lambs brains, Paul they are delicious!!
Enjoy liver & looking forward to trying more. Feel amazing for moving to a more carnivore diet. It’s the knowledge that has power, thank you for sharing this important information.
Kind regards
