Is Donald Trumps Re-Election The End Of The World with Nigel Dalton #246

Is Donald Trumps Re-Election The End Of The World with Nigel Dalton #246

I have always enjoyed my chats with Social Scientist, Nigel Dalton and there is no better person to discuss the end of the world.

Once again, we had a thought provoking show that will have you question where you are at in the world, what you can do to enact change in your and others lives around you and what you can expect over the coming decade.

I hope you enjoy this chat as much as I did and I would love to hear your thoughts.

How to get a GREAT nights sleep - #243

How to get a GREAT nights sleep - #243

I haven't had time to record the final podcast before I take a break and so I've gone back through the archive and picked out what is one of the most downloaded episodes.

In this episode I detail my nightly routine and share with you what has worked for me and many of my clients to sleep better, more efficiently and enable me to get up each day and ALWAYS feel energetic, enthusiastic and empowered to have the best day ever!

As babies, our parents (many of you who are now parents yourselves will also relate to this) were constantly trying to get us into a routine of a night time to get us into a relaxed state and to help us sleep at our best. At some point along the way we lost this idea and as adults we are ATROCIOUS at having a nightly routine to settle us and get us ready to go to sleep.

This 30 minute routine that I do EVERY NIGHT has changed my life and I know it will help to see you INSTANTLY have a better nights sleep and over the next few weeks, if you can stick with it, you will soon sleep better than you ever have in your life and feel at your best each and every day that you alarm goes off.

I hope you find this podcast helpful and you enjoy the best nights sleep you are about to have!

Scott and his family are about to take off for the USA where his wife has been posted for a minimum of 2 years for a new role at work.In the second part to the sit down I had with Scott, we talk about the challenges of being a stay at home parent and share our thoughts and stories on the big life changes that both of us have and are about to take.It was great to open up and be honest about the ups and downs that Amy and I have been through so far with our move and to ask how Scott and his family are feeling about their move and change.

    25 Years As A Paramedic with Scott Sutton (Part 1) - #241

I've been lucky to run into a number of great dads since moving to Perth and Scott is no exception.

It's been great to talk life, work and much more with him over the past couple of years and it was GREAT to have Scott jump onto the podcast, hit record and have an honest chat about the difficulties and positives of working in the health and medical space.

It's a difficult job working on the front line of medicine and it has certainly changed over the years and Scott shares much of what he has seen in that time as well as how he's been able to juggle that with living a happy and healthy life himself.

Let’s talk fast

I love listening to Adam and adding his insights and info into my tool box for living my best weight loss life. 😊😊 Loved the bucket list episode. Adam is a constant source of support on the health and fitness journey and his podcasts are informative and a great listen!! Thanks Adam you just help me get through a slow and steady 5km treadmill run. It helped to make it a great run 😄😄 Continue to be a big fan. Adam helps me keep on my path. Very early on Adam talked about 5% staying in their goal weight after 5 years. Gave me an aim. I am 2.5 years in and Adam is a huge part of how I have stuck in my weight range. Adam is the how. Find your why ❤️
Revisiting and catching up. Thanks for reenergising!! X
